Guardian Angel PC Support has been going out to people’s home for a very long time. Not all computer problems you have can be fixed in a work shop, sometimes the only way to fix a problem is to come out to you. For example, if your printer connects via Wi-Fi, you cannot bring the Wi-Fi to a shop to check any issues, the only way to fix a Wi-Fi printer issue is to do it in your home.
We don’t have to come to you, if you prefer to come to us that is no problem, sometimes it is sensible to come to us as not all computers can be fixed at your house. For example, if you have a broken laptop screen we would have to fix it in the office, so it would be cheaper for you to bring the equipment to the office. However, if it is more convenient for us to pick up and drop off this can be arranged too. We’re very flexible.
We naturally cover Wiltshire as that’s our southern base and calls outs can be free. For example, we do not charge for extra call out fees within the SP postcode and most of the SO postcodes. If you’re further afield it will not a problem as we can arrange a call out when we are in your area or we can make a specific trip for a call out fee.
Contract support
We offer a contracted IT service with a help desk for individuals that want some extra help or feel that they will use us more than 3 times a year. For a set price we can offer you unlimited support as a private individual helping you with mobile phones, tablets, smart devices, computers, and Wi-Fi.
So long as you fall within our catchment areas, we can offer up to 6 call outs per year with unlimited phone support. If you are not within our catchment areas, we can provide the same service with a small additional charge for call outs.
Most of our contract customers really do benefit from this contract and we retain most customers over a long period which is a testament to how efficient, helpful and friendly all our staff are.
